Care Supervision
All private duty personnel work in accordance with a written custom care plan prepared by a licensed registered nurse. The nurse makes an initial on-site visit when care is started. At the time of the initial visit, the nurse will work with you to draft a care plan that is tailored to your specific needs.
Every Complete Care Solutions caregiver goes through an extensive interview process, including criminal background checks. Each caregiver is given a competency test. This is administered by the nursing supervisor. The nursing supervisor and other assigned registered nurses visit our client’s homes at least once per month to ensure that things are going well and that caregivers are following the specifics of the customized Care Plan.
