Our Management Team

Complete Care Solutions is a family operated business. The founder has over two decades experience in patient care. She started her career in the healthcare field, at Bethesda Rehabilitation and Nursing Center, (Now Manor Care Health Services- Chevy Chase). Initially, she considered a nursing assistant job, a big step down from the teaching career which she established in Jamaica, but soon found out that healthcare was a calling and not merely a job; she had found her passion.  

Ms. Mundle Smith also worked as Nurse Technician and Unit Clerk at Montgomery General Hospital, and at Shady Grove Adventist Hospital.  She served as a nurse aide at Carriage Hill of Bethesda, Asbury Methodist Home and the Village of Rockville. She is well known and respected in the Maryland area, where she personally provided highly regarded patient health care services.  It was her level of excellence in patient care that led to her being acknowledge in the book, ‘Nurse, A World of Care,’ (authored by Peter Jaret, foreword by President Jimmy Carter.) She brings that level of excellence to her business, thus her business slogan was established---“We do not just care FOR your loved ones; we care ABOUT them.” She believes that caring FOR people is a skill that can be taught but caring ABOUT people is innate. For that reason, she thoroughly screens for caregivers who display passion for patient care.  Ms. Mundle Smith draws from decades of knowledge in handpicking the most appropriate caregiver for her each patient’s specific needs. Sonia Mundle Smith has a BA in Education and a B.Sc. in Healthcare Administration.
