All workers are thoroughly screened. Our screening process includes, but is not limited to:
- Criminal background Check
- Tuberculosis Screening
- Random Drug Screening
- Previous Employment Verification
- Personal References Check
Complete Care Solutions EMPLOYEES work in accordance with a customized care plan prepared by our registered nurses. All employees are supervised by the agency’s nursing supervisor.
Services may be rendered on an hourly or live-in basis.
We work with long term care insurance. We are Medicaid providers in Maryland.
INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
Independent Contractors offer a lower cost option. They offer BASIC PERSONAL CARE. This is a good option for clients whose family members have a more hands-on approach. Independent contractors are not supervised by the agency’s nursing supervisor. The agency does not provide customized care plans for Independent Contractors to follow.
This is not an option for skilled nursing care or for personal care that requires registered nurse supervision.
IN HOME BEAUTY CARE
The agency provides Independent contractors who provide hair care, and nail care to home bound patients.
